Rittley, Esq., was retained by the Borough of Milford as Special Litigation Counsel to prosecute litigation to protect against the threatened closing of Railroad Avenue, by town resident Walter Arnold and to protect from the interference of the Borough's Water and Sewer Department. For over 80 years, the Borough has maintained Railroad Avenue for the public as a public accessway. The Borough operates its water and sewer system at its site at the end of Railroad Avenue.
