Rittley, Esq., was retained by the Borough of Milford as Special Counsel to oversee the recently filed lawsuit by town resident Walter Arnold and to represent the Borough on any uncovered claims. It is the firm's belief the lawsuit should be removed to United States District Court, District of New Jersey, based on Mr. Arnold's federal claims.
